Camp rules (terms of use)

1. Who runs the camp

These terms govern your use of sawdustridgecamp.com ("Sawdust Ridge Camp", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of sawdustridgecamp.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Who the camp is for

Sawdust Ridge Camp is meant only for users aged 19 or over. Using it means you confirm you are 19 or over.

3. Camp coins

• Every game runs on virtual coins, handed out free.
• Camp coins have no monetary value; they are not money, not credit and not property.
• Coins cannot be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes. The site has no in-app purchases.
• The camp offers no prize that has real-world value.
• We may adjust or reset coins, levels and features whenever the camp needs to.

4. Camp coins, never real stakes

Real-money gambling is neither offered nor promoted by Sawdust Ridge Camp, and the site carries no links to gambling operators.

5. Your bunk (account)

• The two worlds beyond the open sawmill need a free account. One account per person; do not share it.
• Keep your password private. Tell us straight away if someone else has used your account.
• Delete your account from your account page whenever you choose; it goes at once and cannot be brought back.
• An account that is used to disrupt the site, or that we believe is held by someone under 19, may be suspended.
• Coins, levels and missions sit with the account. They are not your property, and they may be reset.

6. Fair use of the camp

Do not try to disrupt the site, run automated tools against it, offer coins for trade, or let anyone under 19 use it.

7. When the mill stops, and liability

The site is provided ‘as is’. Any part of it may be changed or withdrawn. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and your statutory rights are not affected.

8. Ontario law and the camp

These terms fall under the laws of the Province of Ontario and under the federal laws of Canada as they apply in that province.
